Role Summary: Responsible for customer visits, overdue payment collection, follow-ups, delinquency management, and maintaining valuable customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Graduate preferred/required as per JD
- 0–2 years of experience in loan collections preferred(HL & LAP Loan)
- NBFC/banking collections experience preferred
- Comfortable with extensive field travel
- Local market knowledge and Marathi communication preferred
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred
