- Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers regarding personal loans and other financial products.
- Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, tenure, EMIs, and documentation requirements.
- Understand customer requirements and generate qualified leads.
- Follow up with interested customers and coordinate with the sales team.
- Collect basic customer information and assist with the loan application process.
- Maintain daily call reports and update customer details.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Skills RequiredGood communication skills in Telugu and basic English.
- Hindi communication is an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer-handling and convincing skills.
