Role Description This is a full-time, in office Warehouse Logistics Manager role based in Kakinada.

The Warehouse Logistics

Manager oversees daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory control to ensure accurate stock levels and timely order fulfillment. The role coordinates with production, procurement, and transportation teams to optimize material flow, reduce bottlenecks, and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include planning manpower, setting and monitoring operational KPIs, resolving logistics issues, and improving warehouse processes and layout for better efficiency and cost control. The manager also maintains documentation, supports audits,



and ensures that customer service and delivery commitments are met consistently.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability in Warehouse Management, including organization of storage, handling processes, and warehouse safety.
- Strong Operations Management skills to plan, supervise, and optimize daily workflows and resource utilization.
- Proficiency in Inventory Management practices such as stock reconciliation, cycle counting, and minimizing variances.
- Experience in Supply Chain Management, coordinating with vendors, transporters, and internal teams to ensure smooth material movement.
- Customer Service orientation, with the ability to manage delivery timelines and address service issues professionally.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP tools, and basic data analysis (Excel or similar) for reporting and decision-making.
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and occupational health and safety standards; experience in a food or FMCG environment is an advantage.

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills, with the ability to train and guide warehouse staff.
