Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute corporate volunteering events.
2. Coordinate with corporate CSR teams, NGOs, schools, volunteers, and implementation partners.
3. Manage event logistics, vendors, procurement, and budgets.
4. Lead on-ground event execution and ensure smooth operations.
5. Prepare proposals, reports, impact stories, and presentations.
6. Track volunteer participation, attendance, feedback, and volunteering hours.
7. Maintain documentation, MIS, and volunteering portals.
8. Build strong relationships with corporate stakeholders and implementation partners.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in CSR, NGO Program Management, Social Work, Event Management, Community Engagement, or Corporate Volunteering.
3. Solid communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
4. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
5. Willingness to travel locally and support weekend volunteering events, as required.
6. A two-wheeler and valid driving license would be an added advantage.
