Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Visual Storyteller with experience creating compelling video content for the IT services and technology industry. The candidate will be responsible for transforming complex technology concepts, business solutions, client success stories, and corporate messages into engaging visual narratives.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in video editing, storytelling, motion graphics, and corporate video production, with the ability to collaborate with marketing, sales, technology, HR, and leadership teams.

The candidate must be able to communicate technical concepts in a easy, engaging, and visually appealing manner for enterprise clients, business leaders, employees, and prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Video Editing & Production

- Edit and produce high-quality corporate videos, promotional videos, brand films, client testimonials, and technology explainer videos.
- Create engaging videos for corporate websites, LinkedIn, YouTube, social media, webinars, and marketing campaigns.
- Manage video editing, color correction, sound design, transitions, subtitles, and final rendering.
- Convert raw footage, interviews, presentations, and screen recordings into polished video content.
- Ensure consistent visual quality, brand identity, and messaging across all video assets.

2. Storytelling & Content Development

- Develop compelling stories around IT services, digital transformation, AI/GenAI, cloud computing, data engineering, enterprise applications, and software development.
- Transform complex technical information into straightforward, audience-friendly narratives.
- Create scripts, storyboards, video concepts,



and narrative structures for corporate and marketing videos.
- Develop client success stories, project showcases, case studies, and employee success stories.
- Use storytelling techniques to communicate business challenges, solutions, outcomes, and customer value.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and clarity.

3. IT Services & B2B Marketing Content

- Produce videos that showcase the company's technology capabilities, service offerings, and industry expertise.
- Create thought leadership videos featuring CXOs, technology leaders, and subject matter experts.
- Develop video content for client presentations, sales pitches, proposals, RFPs, and business development campaigns.
- Create employer branding videos, recruitment campaigns, employee testimonials, and internal communication videos.
- Support marketing campaigns targeting enterprise clients and technology decision-makers.

4. Motion Graphics & Visual Design

- Create motion graphics, animated titles, lower thirds, infographics, and data visualizations.
- Develop animated explainers for technical solutions, products, services, and business processes.
- Use visual effects, transitions, typography, and graphics to improve engagement and storytelling.
- Ensure that all visual elements align with corporate branding guidelines.

5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

- Work closely with marketing, design, sales, HR, delivery, and technology teams to understand content requirements.
- Coordinate with leadership teams and subject matter experts to plan interviews and capture relevant content.




- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and deliver videos within agreed timelines.
- Manage multiple video projects and prioritize work according to campaign and business requirements.
- Maintain an organized library of raw footage, project files, approved assets, and final video deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5–8 years of experience in video editing, visual storytelling, and corporate video production.
- Experience creating videos for IT services, IT consulting, technology companies, or B2B organizations.
- Strong storytelling skills, including scripting, storyboarding, narrative development, and content structuring.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent visual design tools.
- Experience creating corporate films, technology explainers, customer testimonials, case studies, and marketing videos.
- Understanding of video composition, pacing, sound design, color correction, and visual storytelling techniques.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Strong communication, collaboration, time management, and attention to detail.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling ability and end-to-end video production skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with IT services companies, software development firms, digital engineering organizations, or technology consulting companies.
- Experience creating B2B marketing and enterprise technology content.
- Exposure to AI/GenAI, cloud, data engineering, cybersecurity, ERP, or digital transformation topics.
- Knowledge of AI-assisted video editing, captioning, transcription, and content creation tools.
- Experience with YouTube optimization, LinkedIn video content, and social media formats.
- Basic understanding of photography, lighting, audio recording, and video shooting.
- Experience interviewing senior executives, clients, and technology experts.
