We are looking for an efficient and creative Video Editor who can work independently, understand creative briefs, and deliver high-quality videos. The role will involve editing short-form and long-form video content for social media like youtube, instagram etc.

Roles and Responsibilities -

Edit short-form and long-form video content and deliver in a given deadline.

Understand creative briefs and convert ideas into engaging documentary style and well-paced videos.

Select and arrange footage, add cuts, transitions, music, SFX, captions, subtitles, and text animations.

Handle basic color correction and grading to maintain consistent visual quality.

Perform excellent audio editing, including sound balancing, background music, and sound effects.

Create videos in different formats and aspect ratios as required for various social media platforms.

Follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all video content.

Work with the content team, understand requirements and deliver videos accordingly.

Make revisions based on feedback and ensure the final output meets the required quality.

Organize project files, footage, assets, and final exports properly.





Stay updated with current editing styles, and video trends.

Qualifications -

Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.

Good working knowledge of Adobe After Effects - Motion Graphics

2+ years of professional video editing experience.

Experience editing Reels and Long form documentary videos

Good understanding of pacing, storytelling, cuts, and transitions.

Good in color correction and grading.

Excellent audio editing, sound design, and music/SFX syncing.

Experience with subtitles, story animation and text animations.

Understanding of different social media formats and aspect ratios.

Robust attention to detail.

Ability to handle feedback and revisions.

Ability to manage projects file

Must Have Skills -

Good Premiere pro knowledge.

Motion graphics skills.

Overall knowledge of adobe creative suite

Experience with AI-based video/image generation tools.

Must Have Experience working in a digital marketing agency.

Good understanding of current documentary video trends
