Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Video Editor & Graphic Designer. The person in this role will edit and produce video content, apply color grading, and create motion graphics and visual assets that clearly convey healthcare practices’ services and strengths. They will collaborate with the marketing team to translate scripts and concepts into engaging video and graphic materials for websites, ads, and social media.

Day-to-day tasks include organizing footage, designing thumbnails and layouts, optimizing visuals for different platforms,



and maintaining a consistent visual style across projects. The role also involves iterating based on performance data and feedback to improve clarity, engagement, and impact of all visual content.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Video Editing for creating clear, compelling visual narratives.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, professional visual quality across projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics to enhance explanations and highlight key information within video content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Graphics design for creating thumbnails, social media creatives, and visual assets aligned with brand guidelines.
- Proficiency with industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent).
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, typography, composition, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines reliably.
- Experience creating content for digital marketing or healthcare-related clients is an advantage.
- A portfolio demonstrating video editing, motion graphics, and design work relevant to this role.
