Job Profile:

1. Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for Learning &
- Development (L&D;) and Knowledge Management (KM), aligned with organizational goals.
- Design and implement learning programs to enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, growth opportunities, and overall performance.
- Lead the development and management of knowledge management systems to capture, organize, and share organizational knowledge.
- Identify skill gaps and drive targeted learning initiatives to improve employee competencies and organizational effectiveness.
- Evaluate and continuously improve learning programs to meet evolving business needs and industry standards.
- Manage L&D; and KM budgets, ensuring optimal resource utilization and cost-effective delivery of initiatives.
- Establish and maintain knowledge management frameworks, best practices, and processes for effective knowledge sharing.




- Implement tools and technologies to strengthen collaboration and knowledge sharing across departments.
- Measure the effectiveness of learning and knowledge management initiatives through metrics, analytics, and business impact assessments.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing Learning &
- Knowledge teams while fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, HR, IT, and business teams to align learning and knowledge strategies with business priorities.
- Manage external vendors and consultants to adopt innovative learning technologies and industry best practices.
