Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Noida for a US IT Recruiter focused on W2 hiring only. The US IT Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for IT roles across the U.S. The role involves working with job boards, social media, networking channels, and internal databases to identify and engage qualified W2 candidates.

The recruiter will coordinate interviews, negotiate compensation within W2 frameworks,



and support smooth onboarding in alignment with company policies and compliance standards. Day-to-day activities include collaborating with hiring managers, understanding technical role requirements, maintaining candidate pipelines, and delivering timely updates and reports on recruitment progress.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting for US-based roles
- Proven experience in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting across diverse technology stacks
- Demonstrated skills in Hiring, including candidate evaluation, offer negotiation, and W2 employment processes
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with US work authorization types, time zones, and compliance practices
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, job boards (e.g., Dice, Monster, LinkedIn), and Boolean search techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Previous experience in US IT staffing or consulting firms is highly preferred
