Brown Bear Bakers is looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Training & Recruitment Executive to join our Human Resources team in Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, coordinating employee onboarding, and implementing training and development programs across our outlets, production units, and head office.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about talent acquisition, employee development, and building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail outlets, production units, and head-office positions.
- Source, screen, shortlist, and interview candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interviews, salary discussions, offer letters, and joining formalities.
- Collaborate with department heads and outlet managers to fulfill staffing requirements on time.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.

Training & Development

- Conduct employee induction and onboarding programs.
- Identify training needs and develop monthly training calendars.
- Organize training sessions covering product knowledge, customer service, sales, hygiene, food safety, and operational SOPs.
- Develop training materials, presentations,



and assessment tools.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through employee assessments, feedback, and performance reviews.
- Maintain training records and ensure timely completion of mandatory training programs.

Qualifications & Skills

- 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Graduate in any discipline; an HR specialization is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment, interviewing, and candidate coordination.
- Confidence in conducting employee training sessions and presentations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and training activities.
- A proactive, organized, and result-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel between outlets for recruitment and training activities.
- Previous experience in retail, bakery, café, restaurant, hospitality, or food-service operations will be an added advantage.
