Role Purpose:

· Calculate, apply, and communicate Crop Protection (CP) and Seeds (SE) Transfer Prices (TPs) in accordance with Group Tax guidelines

· Execute the annual standard TP setting round and maintain standard TPs during the year

· Document, validate, and communicate non-standard TPs to key operational stakeholders

· Review intercompany transactional flows to ensure proper TP setting inputs

· Support Product Costing operations, understanding standard costing builds and reporting across Budget (BUD), Last Plan (LP), and Actual performance cycles

· Manage operational workflows, task tracking, and access controls in the TP Tool and TPO SharePoint

· Maintain desktop procedures and support testing for TP tool updates and roll-outs

Key Accountabilities:

· Execute the annual CP and SE TP setting round across assigned legal entities accurately and on schedule.

· Manage standard TP updates, adjustments,



and re-calculations as operational changes occur in the year.

· Review, document, and communicate non-standard TPs to relevant business and finance stakeholders.

· Review intercompany supply chain flows (CP & SE) to apply correct TP calculations based on entity profiles (e.g., Hubs, IMCs, Tollers, Contract Manufacturers).

· Support product costing processes by reviewing standard cost inputs and tracking costing variations across Budget (BUD), Last Plan (LP), and Actual reporting periods.

· Manage day-to-day task tracking and operational workflows within the TP Tool.

· Administer user access requests for the TPO SharePoint, CP TP Tool, and SE TP Tool on behalf of the TPO team.

· Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and support the roll-out of new software modules or tool upgrades.

· Create, update, and maintain desktop procedures (SOPs) for routine TP setting and product costing activities.

· Provide operational support and guidance to local entity finance teams during the TP setting process.

· Prepare ad-hoc TP setting, product costing, and transactional data analyses upon request.

Qualifications

· Bachelor/Master/MBA/ICWA (CMA)/ CA in Economics or Finance

· Typically 5-8 years’ experience

· Attention to detail

· Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality output

· Continuous improvement mindset and proven track record for standardization and automation
