About the position

We specialise in offline marketing and sales, working with established clients and organisations to help them reach new audiences and grow their customer base.
As we continue expanding across India, we’re looking for ambitious individuals to join our management development programme and build a long-term career in business, leadership and consultancy.
The Role
As a Trainee Management Consultant, you’ll gain practical experience across business development, customer acquisition, team performance, client management, and leadership.
You’ll work closely with the founder and senior leadership to develop commercial skills, and gradually take on greater responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day to day offline campaigns and strategies
- Support business growth and develop commercial awareness
- Review channel performance and optimise campaign performance
- Work directly with the founder and senior leadership on business initiatives
- Support in hiring, team training, coaching, and development
- Forecasting and project management
What We’re Looking For
- Recent graduate or early-career professional
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisation and time-management skills
- Leadership potential and desire for career progression
- Fluent English communication
Previous consulting or management experience is not required. Training and ongoing mentorship are provided.
