Role Description The Trainer cum Demonstration Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role involves conducting product training sessions for teachers, administrators, and institutional staff on the effective use of Neotouch interactive flat panels and related smart classroom solutions. The person in this role will demonstrate product features, explain best practices, and support customers during implementation and onboarding.





Day-to-day activities include preparing training materials, delivering in-person demos, gathering feedback from users, coordinating with the sales and technical teams, and providing basic troubleshooting guidance during training and demonstrations. The role also requires regular visits to educational institutions, clear documentation of training sessions, and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients.

Qualifications

- Strong presentation, public speaking, and classroom training skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Technical aptitude for using interactive panels, software tools, and AV equipment, with willingness to learn current technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain concepts in simple, clear language.
- Customer service orientation, with skills in client coordination, relationship building, and handling on-site queries.
- Organizational and time-management skills for planning training schedules, preparing materials, and documenting sessions.
- Experience in education technology, teaching, or product demonstrations is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline; education, IT, or related fields preferred.
- Fluency in English and local languages commonly used in Chennai; willingness to travel for client visits.
