Role Description The Test Coordinator at PW Dwarka is a full-time, on-site role responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing academic tests and assessments conducted at the center. The role involves scheduling tests, coordinating with faculty and operations teams, and ensuring that test materials, instructions, and logistics are prepared and communicated clearly.

The Test

Coordinator monitors test execution on the day of assessments, addresses queries from learners and staff, and ensures that test processes are compliant with internal guidelines and quality standards. The role also includes tracking test data, maintaining accurate records, supporting analysis of results,



and suggesting improvements to test processes. Collaboration with academic, admin, and technology teams is essential to deliver a smooth and reliable testing experience for learners at the Dwarka center.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Test Coordination and Test Management to plan schedules, organize assessments, and align stakeholders effectively.
- Candidates should possess skills in Test Execution to oversee live assessments, manage logistics, and ensure adherence to test protocols.
- Candidates should possess skills in Test Strategy to help refine test formats, structures, and timelines in line with academic goals.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Assurance to maintain accuracy, reliability, and consistency in test processes and documentation.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in handling test data and reports.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with faculty, support staff, and learners in a rapid-paced academic environment.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (spreadsheets, test management systems, and communication platforms); prior experience in an educational or testing environment is an advantage.
- Graduate degree in any discipline; additional certification or experience in education operations, examination management, or quality processes is beneficial.
