- North Gujarat: Mehsana, Deesa & surrounding areas
- South Gujarat: Bharuch, Surat & surrounding areas
- Saurashtra: Rajkot, Junagadh, Amreli & surrounding areas
? Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and expand market presence in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with farmers and dealers.
- Promote and sell DSP Agrochemicals' products.
- Conduct farmer meetings, field demonstrations and promotional activities.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business development.
- Provide crop protection and crop nutrition guidance to farmers.
- Develop the dealer network and identify new business opportunities.
✅ Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 2–5 years in agriculture,
agrochemicals, fertilizers or crop nutrition sales.
- Qualification: Graduate, preferably in Agriculture.
- Skills: Strong communication, sales, negotiation and market development skills.
- Good knowledge of the agricultural market and farmer/dealer networks in Gujarat.
