Saboo Automotive is looking for a Territory Development Manager (TDM) to support the Zonal Business Manager in expanding the Ceramic Pro & Kavaca franchise and channel partner network across the North Zone, comprising the states Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, J&K;, Ladakh, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan; Delhi being the zonal HQ.

The role focuses on franchise expansion, new partner acquisition, territory development and revenue growth within the automotive detailing industry.

Reporting To: Zonal Business Manager (ZBM)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Mode: Field Sales | Onsite

Working Days: Monday–Saturday

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and onboard franchise partners, automotive detailing studios, PPF installers and dealers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing channel partners.
- Drive territory sales, partner acquisition and revenue growth.
- Identify recent markets and business opportunities across the assigned territory.
- Support partner onboarding, activation and business development.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to the ZBM.
- Maintain sales pipelines, visit reports and territory MIS.

Mandatory Requirements

- 2–3 years of direct sales/business development experience in the automotive detailing industry is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with ceramic coatings, Paint Protection Films (PPF), window films, sun films or related vehicle protection solutions.




- Proven experience dealing with detailing studios, PPF installers, detailing dealers or relevant channel partners.
- Strong territory development, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Proficiency in Hindi, English and the relevant regional language(s).
- Willingness to undertake extensive field travel across the assigned territory.

Note: Candidates with general automotive sales or unrelated sales experience but no direct automotive detailing industry experience will not be considered. Location & Training

- Territory: East Zone, as assigned by the company.
- Initial Training: Hyderabad, for 15/30/45 days depending on the candidate's learning progress and sales readiness.
- Relocation: Permanent relocation to Hyderabad is not required. However, candidates must stay in Hyderabad during the initial training period.
