Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tele Sales Executive role based in Gurugram.

The Tele Sales

Executive will contact prospective and existing clients via phone to introduce Okk Digital’s services, understand their business needs, and explain suitable digital marketing solutions. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, maintaining call records, and following up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities. The role also involves coordinating with the marketing and operations teams, preparing basic sales reports, and meeting agreed sales and performance targets.

Executive is expected to provide professional,



courteous communication and uphold the company’s standards in every client interaction.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, with explicit telephone etiquette and active listening abilities.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and web design, or willingness to learn.
- Ability to build rapport with clients, handle objections professionally, and maintain a persuasive yet respectful sales approach.
- Organizational skills to manage call lists, follow-ups, and lead tracking, with attention to accuracy and timely updates.
- Comfort working with CRM or lead management tools, spreadsheets, and other standard office software.
- Proactive and target-oriented mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Prior experience in tele sales, inside sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage
