Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Executive role based in Noida.

The Telesales

Executive will engage with prospective and existing clients via phone to introduce and explain financial products and services, understand client needs, and present suitable solutions. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, generating and qualifying leads, maintaining call records and CRM updates, and following up to close sales. The role involves handling customer questions, addressing basic concerns, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.





The Telesales

Executive is expected to meet individual and team sales targets while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess good Communication skills, including transparent verbal articulation and active listening.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and build trust.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify prospects, qualify opportunities, and close deals.
- Basic understanding of financial products or services, or willingness to learn quickly in a structured environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Aligarh, manage time effectively, and meet performance targets in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency with telecalling tools and CRM or data entry systems is an advantage.
- Prior telesales or customer-facing experience in financial or consulting services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification: higher secondary or equivalent; a diploma or degree in business, finance, or related fields is a plus.
