Key Responsibilities
- Make inbound and outbound calls to customers and prospective clients.
- Explain company products and services clearly to potential customers.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested prospects.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
- Maintain customer databases and update call records.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the relevant teams.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Any graduate can apply.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience are eligible.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Good listening, convincing, and customer-handling skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; Telugu is an added advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
