Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technician role based in Tamil Nadu, India. The Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on equipment and machinery used in daily operations. Typical tasks include diagnosing mechanical or electrical issues, replacing parts, and ensuring that all equipment meets safety and performance standards.

The role involves documenting work performed, reporting any issues to supervisors, and following established procedures and safety guidelines. The Technician will collaborate with colleagues, support operational continuity, and may assist with installation or commissioning of new equipment as needed.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong technical and mechanical aptitude, with hands-on experience in equipment maintenance or repair.
- Candidates should possess basic knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety practices relevant to industrial or material-handling environments.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving abilities and diagnostic skills to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
- Candidates should possess the ability to follow technical instructions, read manuals, and maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with supervisors, technicians, and other team members.
- Relevant technical certification, ITI/diploma in a mechanical or electrical field, or equivalent practical experience is beneficial.
- Familiarity with industrial safety standards, use of personal protective equipment, and adherence to workplace safety procedures is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site, adapt to operational schedules, and support occasional overtime or emergency maintenance calls as required.
