About the Role

We are seeking experienced Automotive Technical Referents to join a specialized team supporting functional cluster. The ideal candidates will have hands-on expertise in developing, integrating, and testing automotive features across the Drive Cluster, Body Cluster, and Energy Cluster

Key Responsibilities

- Technical Expertise & Cluster Ownership

Drive Cluster: Experience in Drive Train, Signal Distribution, Traction System Monitoring, or Chassis Management (e.g., Brake Torque Vectoring).

Energy Cluster: Expertise in High-Voltage Systems, HV Safety, Charging, or Low/Medium Voltage Power Distribution.

Assistance Cluster: Knowledge of ADAS, Parking Assistance, Traffic Sign Recognition, or Driving Dynamics.

Body Cluster: Familiarity with Body Control Modules, Climate Control, Electronic Mirrors/Seats, Lighting, or Vehicle Safety (CPD).

- Feature Development & Testing

Define test cases, validation plans, and execution strategies for cluster-specific features.

Example: Testing "play protection" in electronic mirrors by simulating rapid button presses.





Troubleshoot cross-cluster interactions (e.g., HV charging impacts on traction control).

Use tools like CANoe, VectorCAST, or HI-L (Hardware-in-Loop) testing.

- Collaboration & Documentation

Document test results, defects, and validation reports for audits.

Mentor junior engineers on automotive testing best practices.

Must-Have Qualifications

8–15+ years in Automotive (OEM/Tier 1 Supplier preferred) – e.g., Tata Motors, Mahindra, Bosch, Continental, ZF, or global captives.

Testing expertise: Functional validation, fault injection, or system integration testing.

Tools: CANoe, CANalyzer, VectorCAST, ETAS INCA, or similar.

Soft skills: Solid communication, problem-solving, and ability to work in global teams.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Knowledge of AUTOSAR, ISO 26262 (Functional Safety), or cybersecurity (ISO 21434).

German language skills (basic technical terms).
