Job Summary

Seragenvix Technologies, LLP is looking for an experienced and target-driven Senior IT Recruiter – Domestic Staffing to manage end-to-end IT recruitment across the Indian market. This is a 100% remote position, ideal for a recruiter who can independently manage multiple requirements, source qualified technology professionals, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and consistently meet recruitment targets from a home-based work environment.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in domestic IT staffing, excellent sourcing and candidate management skills, and a proven ability to drive candidates from initial screening through successful joining.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for domestic IT staffing requirements, covering sourcing, screening, profile submission, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and joining.
- Recruit for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, React, Node.js, Full Stack Development, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, QA/Testing, Business Analysis, and other IT roles.
- Handle permanent, contract, and contract-to-hire requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, internal databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates for technical experience, communication skills, salary expectations, notice periods, availability, and suitability for client requirements.




- Coordinate with account managers, business development teams, clients, and candidates to ensure timely submissions and interview feedback.
- Manage offer negotiations, counteroffers, candidate follow-ups, and joining confirmations.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, ATS/CRM records, and daily activity reports.
- Meet agreed daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets while maintaining candidate quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5–10 years of hands-on experience in domestic IT recruitment, preferably with an IT staffing company or recruitment consultancy.
- Strong understanding of the Indian IT recruitment market, technology roles, salary trends, and candidate notice periods.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent candidate screening, negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements independently in a target-driven environment.
- Solid time management, organization, and remote-work discipline.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email, and recruitment tracking tools.
- A reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup.

Remote Work Expectations
- Work remotely from anywhere in India.
- Maintain regular communication with the recruitment team and reporting manager.
- Attend virtual team meetings and client calls as required.
- Be available during agreed business hours and respond promptly to recruitment-related communications.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information, candidate data, and company records.
- Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and consistent productivity while working remotely.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in domestic IT contract staffing and permanent hiring.
- Ability to handle urgent, niche, and multiple technology requirements.
- Experience working with client-specific recruitment processes and submission guidelines.
- A strong network of IT professionals across major Indian technology hubs.
