About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to oversee technical evaluations and property valuations. The role involves conducting technical due diligence, managing valuation vendors, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and supporting the credit team with accurate property assessments for residential and commercial assets.

What you will do:

- Perform site visits to assess the internal and external condition of properties.
- Review approved building plans, legal documents, and technical reports for property valuation.
- Scrutinize and validate property valuation reports submitted by empanelled valuers.
- Ensure accurate collateral valuation in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Liaise with Business and Credit teams to resolve valuation-related queries and provide technical recommendations.
- Manage and monitor third-party technical vendors and valuation partners.
- Handle vendor onboarding, empanelment, and performance management as per company guidelines.
- Maintain technical MIS, valuation records, and audit documentation.
- Ensure timely turnaround of technical evaluations while maintaining quality standards.
- Support internal and external audits related to collateral management.
