- Experience in translating business requirements into working solutions using a combination of Salesforce.com configuration and custom development approaches.
- Experience integrating other applications with the Force.com platform, using REST and SOAP API Integration and other methods.
- Experience implementing and Customizing Omni-Channel Service Cloud features, Email-to-Case, Web-to-Case Forms, Chat Knowledge, Case routing, Open CTI and Service Cloud Voice, and Social Studio.
- Experience in implementation and customization in Web-to-lead, Integration with ERP and Billing Systems.
- Detailed knowledge in customizing the community for Customer, Partners and Employees.
