About the role

You’ll be our first dedicated recruiter for the tech, data and risk team, owning hiring end-to-end and working directly with the founders and function heads. This is a hands-on, full-cycle role: you source, screen, run the process, and close.

What you’ll do

- Own hiring for data engineers, analysts, backend/full-stack engineers, credit-risk and policy roles, and product/ops roles supporting them
- Partner with founders and hiring managers to write crisp JDs, define scorecards and set realistic timelines and comp
- Build pipelines through active sourcing (LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, referrals, communities), not just inbound
- Run structured screens, coordinate interviews, manage candidate experience and close offers
- Track funnel metrics (time-to-fill, source quality, offer-acceptance) and improve the process over time
- Set up lightweight hiring tooling and an employer-brand presence on LinkedIn





What we’re looking for

- 3–6 years of full-cycle recruiting, with meaningful experience hiring tech/data and risk/analytics roles — ideally at a fintech, NBFC, lender or tech-focused startup
- Proven track record of closing niche roles through direct sourcing; you can tell us about roles you filled and how
- Strong understanding of the Delhi-NCR tech and BFSI talent market and comp benchmarks
- Comfortable being the only recruiter for the function and running things end-to-end with minimal hand-holding
- Clear communicator who can sell a founder-led company to candidates who have bigger-brand options

Nice to have

- Agency experience in tech/BFSI search looking to move in-house
- Exposure to hiring for credit-risk, collections-analytics or lending-product roles
- Experience setting up an ATS from scratch
