Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes to support SCALE Healthcare’s growing teams. This full-time, in office role is based in the Mohali district and involves collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating assessment and final interview stages. The specialist will maintain candidate pipelines, manage job postings, and contribute to employer branding initiatives across digital platforms.





Daily responsibilities include updating recruitment metrics, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and partnering with HR to support smooth onboarding. The role also requires adherence to company policies and local employment regulations while promoting an inclusive, high-performance culture.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes effectively.
- Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring to evaluate talent objectively and support informed selection decisions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employer Branding to enhance the organization’s visibility and attract high-caliber candidates.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate with stakeholders and engage candidates professionally.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools, along with proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple requisitions, and maintain accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prior experience in healthcare or professional services recruitment is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
