About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong end-to-end recruitment and client-handling experience. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing multiple hiring requirements, engaging with clients, and driving positions from requirement intake to candidate joining.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client hiring requirements, job descriptions, skill sets, compensation, and hiring timelines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and provide regular recruitment updates.
- Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and Boolean search.
- Conduct initial candidate discussions and assess suitability for the role.
- Share shortlisted profiles with clients along with relevant candidate summaries.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, salary negotiations, offers, and joining formalities.




- Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, ATS records, and hiring reports.
- Manage multiple positions simultaneously and ensure timely closures.
- Build strong relationships with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, or HR Consulting.
- Strong end-to-end recruitment and client-handling experience.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean search, and other sourcing channels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong ownership, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
- Experience in a recruitment consultancy, staffing firm, RPO, or executive search firm will be preferred.
