We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Mumbai. You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment, partner closely with business stakeholders, and help us attract excellent talent while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across assigned business functions, delivering against agreed SLAs and KPIs.
- Partner with Hiring Managers and People Partners to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Proactively source, engage, and build talent pipelines, including for niche and critical roles.
- Screen and interview candidates, ensuring strong alignment with role requirements.
- Provide market insights and talent intelligence to support hiring decisions.
- Maintain accurate,
real-time recruitment data in Workday and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
- Deliver a consistently positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Contribute to TA projects, process improvements, employer branding, and other recruitment initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree with hands-on experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with an ATS; Workday experience is an advantage.
- Proactive, curious, and passionate about finding and engaging great talent.
