Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Women Candidate)

This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist (Non-IT Hiring) position based in Gurugram. She will manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates to meet organizational hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive end-to-end hiring, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer closure
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand roles and define hiring strategies
- Deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the process
- Maintain structured pipelines and track progress using ATS, dashboards,



and data insights

What We’re Looking For:

- 5-8 years of proven experience in Non-IT Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Preference will be given to women candidates for this role.
- Demonstrated expertise in sourcing talent through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and skilled networks.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, high-ownership approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-driven environment.
