We are looking for a skilled and responsible System Administrator to manage and maintain the computer systems, network infrastructure, internet connectivity, and IT equipment of our building. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations, network security, and timely technical support.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Manage and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
- Maintain the building's network infrastructure and ensure reliable connectivity.
- Monitor and maintain servers, operating systems, and user accounts, where applicable.
- Provide technical support to building management, office staff, tenants, and other authorized users.
- Maintain CCTV network connectivity, access control systems, and other IT-related building systems, where applicable.
- Perform regular data backups, software updates, antivirus checks, and security maintenance.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.




- Maintain IT asset inventories, technical documentation, and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with internet service providers and external IT vendors when required.
- Ensure IT equipment and network systems remain operational and secure.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant technical certifications are an advantage.
- Previous experience in system administration, computer maintenance, and network support.
- Positive knowledge of Windows operating systems, computer hardware, and software installation.
- Practical experience with LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and basic network security.
- Knowledge of CCTV networking, IP cameras, and access control systems is an advantage.
- Good troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and respond quickly to technical issues.
