Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research and identify key decision-makers, including Directors, Managing Directors, CEOs, CHROs, CFOs, and Business Heads, through LinkedIn, company websites, databases, and other online resources.

- Reach out to prospective clients through outbound calling, introduce D&B;’s products and solutions, and generate qualified meeting opportunities for the Sales team.

- Meet daily activity targets by making 60-70 outbound calls and securing 4-6 qualified meetings per day, contributing to overall pipeline generation and revenue objectives.

- Build and nurture relationships with large corporates and mid-market organizations to identify potential business opportunities.

- Effectively engage prospects through consultative conversations, understand their business challenges, and create interest in D&B; offerings.

- Schedule and coordinate meetings with key stakeholders and decision-makers, ensuring a seamless handover to the Sales team.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, call outcomes, and database updates,



and share daily MIS reports and calling trackers with the Sales team in the prescribed format.

Key Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Graduate degree is mandatory.

- Fluency in both English and Hindi.

- Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel with strong data management and reporting skills.

- Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Google Search, and other web-based research tools to identify and build prospect databases for outreach activities.

- Ability to conduct online research and identify relevant decision-makers across target organizations.
