Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide courteous service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards.
- Set up and clear tables efficiently.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth service.
- Assist guests with menu information and special requests.
- Follow food safety standards and restaurant SOPs.
- Ensure a positive dining experience for every guest.
Requirements
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong teamwork and guest-service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Hospitality experience is an advantage; freshers are welcome.
