Key Responsibilities

●Conduct interactive STEAM sessions using project-based learning, experiments,

models, and demonstrations.

●Guide students in applying concepts through hands-on projects in robotics,

aeromodelling, design thinking, coding, AI basics, electronics, and introductory fabrication.

●Facilitate experiential learning by integrating tools, student kits, and digital platforms to strengthen conceptual understanding.

●Support students in building practical 21st-century skills including critical thinking, creativity, teamwork, and computational thinking.

●Prepare lesson plans, activity guides, and session materials aligned with the curriculum.

●Ensure smooth usage and upkeep of STEAM lab equipment, tools, and student kits.

●Assess student progress through observations, activities, and project outcomes.

●Create a secure, inclusive, and motivating learning environment.

●Coordinate with school teams and internal teams to ensure seamless program execution.

●Contribute feedback to enhance curriculum, training quality, and student experience.

●Participate in events, school showcases, exhibitions, and STEAM-related activities.
