We are looking for a skilled Stibo STEP Developer with hands-on experience in Master Data Management (MDM) and Product Information Management (PIM).

? Key Skills Required:

- Strong hands-on experience with Stibo STEP
- STEP Workbench, Business Rules, and CRUD operations
- Data modeling, hierarchy, and taxonomy design
- Workflow configuration and data quality management
- Java / JavaScript scripting
- XML/XSLT and SQL
- REST/SOAP APIs and integration concepts
- MDM concepts: Match & Merge, Duplicate Management, and Survivorship Rules

? Valuable to Have:

- Product Information Management (PIM) experience
- SAP or other ERP/CRM integrations
- ETL tools and data governance frameworks
- Experience with data migration and synchronization

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and maintain data models, hierarchies, attributes,



and workflows in Stibo STEP.
- Develop and configure STEP Business Rules, CRUD operations, and scripting.
- Implement data quality validations, Match & Merge, duplicate management, and survivorship rules.
- Support Product Information Management (PIM) and Master Data Management (MDM) processes.
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, XML/XSLT, and other integration frameworks.
- Support data migration, onboarding, synchronization, and governance activities.
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and maintain data accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
