? Shift: US Rotational / Night Shifts

Key Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline – mandatory
- Experience in Insurance, Claims Processing, Healthcare Operations, Disability/Leave Administration, or Perks Support
- Prior contact-center and voice process experience
- Experience with provider outreach, claim documentation, follow-ups, and benefit-related support
- Familiarity with productivity, quality, and SLA metrics
- Excellent communication skills – B2 level
- Willingness to work rotational US night shifts from office

Salary Range:

L1: ₹2.9 LPA – ₹4 LPA

L2: ₹4 LPA – ₹5.5 LPA

Compensation will depend on experience, current/last salary,



and supporting documents.
