Who are we looking for? Designation : Sr. Consultant (Mobile App Marketing) Experience Range : 4+ years

What is the work?

- Manage App Store Optimization (ASO) and paid app install campaigns for a newly launched iOS game app targeting the US market.
- Optimize App Store listings, including keywords, title, subtitle, screenshots, and preview videos.
- Set up Custom Product Pages for different advertising audiences and utilize App Store Connect features such as pre-orders, In-App Events, and featuring requests.
- Plan, launch, and optimize Apple Ads campaigns,



including keyword research, campaign structure, bidding, negative keywords, and search term reviews.
- Run iOS app install campaigns on Meta, Google App Campaigns, TikTok, and in-game ad networks.
- Optimize campaigns for installs initially, then for in-app actions such as the first game played.
- Coordinate with developers to set up attribution tools and in-app event tracking.
- Monitor campaign attribution and reconcile ad platform data while accounting for iOS privacy measurement limitations.
- Guide creative testing for gameplay videos, playable ads, and App Store screenshots.
- Prepare weekly performance reports covering CPI, cost per active player, Day-1 and Day-7 retention, and budget recommendations.

What skills and experience are we looking for?

- 4+ years of experience running paid app install campaigns, including at least one iOS app launch.
- Hands-on experience with Apple Ads and App Store Connect.
- Solid knowledge of ASO and App Store campaign optimization.
- Experience running iOS app campaigns on Meta Ads and at least one of Google App Campaigns, TikTok, or in-game advertising networks.
- Experience with Apple Ads campaign setup, keyword targeting, campaign structure, bidding, negative keywords, and search term analysis.
- Hands-on experience setting up attribution tools such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, or Singular.
- Solid understanding of iOS measurement and privacy reporting, including SKAdNetwork / AdAttributionKit.
- Experience optimizing campaigns for active players and in-app actions, rather than downloads alone.
- Experience in creative testing for gameplay videos, playable ads, and App Store screenshots.
- Ability to share examples of past app launches with CPI and retention figures.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to report campaign performance, evaluate results, and recommend budgets.
