- Lead and manage a team of delivery managers to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Develop and implement delivery strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and performance to identify and address issues and risks.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination across departments.
- Mentor and coach team members to foster professional development and growth.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and outcomes.
- Estimate effort and timelines for the project
- Define and communicate Project standards/metrics to the entire project team
- Track status of program deliverables and milestones.
- Manage a team of project coordinators, Trainers, content developers
- Coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to complete monthly delivery activities.
- Work with the leadership team to define and execute the roadmap for learning products at NIIT
- Lead new product ideation, design, development, and launch




- Build a thorough understanding of the market - demand areas, industry trends, and competition
- Collaborate with industry advisors (leaders at companies) to ensure our learning products bridge the talent gap
- Quantify the potential business impact of various product options, prioritize, and develop a product roadmap
- Collaborate with Tech, Product and Academic teams to ensure that our learning products are truly world-class.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in project management and delivery, with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing teams and projects.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working in BFSI is preferred.

Education Qualification & Certification

- Graduate/Post Graduate
- PMP certification would be an added advantage
- From Reputed University/Institution
