AgileEngine is looking for an experienced Product Owner to drive roadmap enhancements and define complex business logic for an enterprise loyalty platform.

? Key Skills Required

- 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, Product Manager, or in a similar role.
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum delivery for web-based software.
- Hands-on experience with API and batch integrations.
- Understanding of real-time, event-driven systems.
- Excellent ability to translate complex business requirements into precise, detailed specifications.
- Strong technical foundation and experience managing product backlogs, priorities, dependencies, and roadmaps.
- Familiarity with spec-driven and AI-assisted software development environments.
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency.

⭐ Good to Have
- Experience with loyalty products, programs, or the loyalty industry.
- Knowledge of accounting ledger concepts, real-time decisioning systems, or rules engines.
- Familiarity with UX research and best practices.
- PMI-PBA, CBAP, CSPO,



or PSPO certification.

? What You'll Do
- Lead roadmap enhancements for Kobie's Alchemy® Loyalty Cloud platform.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, unambiguous specifications for development teams and AI-assisted workflows.
- Manage product backlogs, priorities, dependencies, and release planning.
- Define and evolve platform business logic and rules.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align product vision with business objectives.
- Track development progress and resolve challenges throughout the product development lifecycle.
