Role Description This is a full-time, remote Hr & Marketing Intern role supporting both human resources and marketing activities. The intern will assist with HR operations such as maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding processes, and helping implement HR policies and employee benefits initiatives. They will contribute to personnel management tasks, including scheduling interviews, coordinating communications with candidates, and supporting employee engagement activities.

On the marketing side, the intern will help execute digital marketing campaigns, support social media content creation, assist with branding initiatives, and gather data for performance reporting. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, handling administrative tasks, and contributing ideas to improve HR and marketing processes in a cybersecurity-focused environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support daily HR operations and processes.




- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits to assist in policy documentation, compliance, and advantages-related tasks.
- Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management to help with recruitment coordination, onboarding support, and employee engagement activities.
- Candidates should possess strong communication, organization, and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Candidates should possess basic marketing and digital marketing skills, including familiarity with social media platforms, content creation, and data-driven reporting.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; prior internship experience is an advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable working remotely, using collaboration tools, and proactively contributing in a fast-paced cybersecurity environment.
