Job Summary:

- We’re looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Intern with 0-1 years of experience to take ownership of our online presence across Instagram, YouTube, and other key platforms. The ideal candidate will manage both written and media content, ensuring consistent brand voice, engaging storytelling, and effective audience growth.

Job Requirements:

- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Meta Business Suite).
- Basic knowledge of graphic and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, VN, Photoshop).
- Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
- Understanding of B2B marketing and social media algorithms.
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics).
- Bonus: Basic understanding of software industry trends, SaaS, or IT services marketing.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Creative mindset with strong visual sense and attention to detail.
- Ability to translate technical topics into easy, engaging content.

Job Responsibilities:

- Plan, create, and manage engaging content (posts, videos, blogs, reels, infographics, etc.) across social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter (X).
- Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the design and tech teams to create case studies, project highlights, and thought-leadership posts showcasing our technical expertise.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools; generate insights and suggest improvements.
- Manage online communities, engage with followers, and respond to comments/messages professionally.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and emerging content formats to keep our strategy up to date.
- Assist in creating website content, newsletters, email campaigns, and press materials.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to capture photos/videos during events, client visits, or office activities.
- Run paid campaigns on social media when needed and measure ROI.
