Platform Engineer (AI Agentic Infrastructure)

Job Overview

We are seeking a hands-on programmer and Platform Engineer to design, build, and maintain our foundational AI coding harnesses and autonomous agent infrastructure. In this role, you will look beyond traditional coding to architect scalable, highly reliable systems where AI agents can autonomously plan, code, test, review, and deploy software with minimal human intervention. If you want to shape the future of developer experience (DevEx) and orchestrate multi-agent environments at scale, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Spawn, manage, and orchestrate multiple autonomous agents executing concurrent software development tasks.
- Design advanced agent workflows featuring stateful memory, agile context management, and custom tool access.
- Integrate Agentic frameworks with the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and build reusable agent skills.
- Build and maintain robust AI coding harnesses using specialized frameworks and agent ecosystems.
- Architect secure, sandboxed execution environments where agents safely write code, execute test suites, review pull requests, and patch failures.
- Establish runtime guardrails, granular permissions, comprehensive observability,



and human-in-the-loop approval checkpoints.
- Manage underlying system requirements using containerization, orchestration tools, cloud infrastructure, databases, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experiment with open-source LLMs, local hosting setups, and cost-effective routing platforms to optimize latency and operational spend.
- Write and maintain standardized documentation like AGENTS.md and build repeatable technical blueprints to continuously boost agent success rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Hands-on experience building with modern AI coding environments, agent protocols, and developer toolkits (e.g., OpenCode, Codex, Claude Code, Pi).
- Practical understanding of LLM inference architectures, model orchestration, and context-window optimization.
- Experience deploying and managing local or distributed models using tools like Ollama and OpenRouter.
- Proven ability to run benchmarks, control token spend, and deploy cost-effective open-source LLMs.
- Strong systems programming foundation with production-level experience in Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Deep proficiency with git workflows, GitHub ecosystem automations, relational/non-relational databases, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent architectural skills focused on sandboxing, security isolation, automated testing frameworks, and systems observability.
