Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (South Mumbai office).

The Social Media

Manager will plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms, aligned with BookEinstein’s brand voice and educational goals. Daily responsibilities include managing social media calendars, optimizing posts for engagement, coordinating campaigns with internal teams, and monitoring analytics to improve performance. The role involves engaging with the online community, responding to messages and comments,



and identifying opportunities to showcase student work, classes, and reading programs.

The Social Media

Manager will also collaborate with educators and leadership to support marketing initiatives, brand awareness, and growth in the edtech space.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage and grow digital presence.
- Candidates should possess transparent and effective Communication and Writing skills for creating engaging, age-appropriate content.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan campaigns, align messaging with brand goals, and target relevant audiences.
- Experience with social media analytics tools, basic graphic design or Canva skills, and familiarity with major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) is beneficial.
- A background or interest in education, edtech, or child-focused services is preferred, along with the ability to work in-office in South Mumbai.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
