Role Description The Social Media Executive will manage day-to-day social media activities across platforms, including planning, creating, scheduling, and publishing content that aligns with brand goals. This full time, on-site role in Noida involves coordinating social media campaigns, optimizing profiles and posts for reach and engagement, and monitoring performance metrics to suggest improvements. The role includes collaborating with internal teams for content inputs, managing community interactions (comments, messages, and engagement), and ensuring consistent brand voice across channels.

Executive will stay updated on trends, competitor activities, and platform best practices, and contribute ideas for campaigns that drive awareness, traffic, and conversions.

Qualifications

- Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand presence across major platforms.




- Media Planning capabilities to design and execute effective social media and digital campaigns.
- Clear, professional Communication and Writing skills for crafting engaging posts, captions, and responses.
- Ability to analyze social media insights and metrics, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., scheduling, analytics, and listening platforms) and basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with creative, strategy, and marketing teams on-site in Noida.
- Relevant academic background (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
