About the RoleWe are looking for a creative, articulate and experienced professional who can independently manage organic social media, develop compelling content and strengthen our brand's voice across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills, strong creative judgement and a natural understanding of storytelling, audience engagement and social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute organic social media content strategies across Instagram, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Develop original content ideas, engaging narratives, captions, scripts and creative concepts.
- Maintain a consistent and distinctive brand voice across all communication.
- Plan content calendars and coordinate execution with designers, editors and creative teams.
- Identify emerging trends and translate them into relevant, original content.
- Drive genuine audience engagement and organic community growth.
- Independently manage content initiatives from conceptualisation to publication.




- Evaluate content performance and continuously refine creative strategies.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in organic social media, brand communication or content development.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Solid creative writing, storytelling and content ideation abilities.
- Practical experience managing social media accounts and developing original content.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, reels, YouTube and audience behaviour.
- Ability to independently conceptualise and write captions, scripts and engaging social content.
- Strong ownership, creative judgement and coordination skills.
- A portfolio demonstrating original content, campaigns or social media work is essential.

Important This is a creative, content-led, organic social media position.

We are NOT looking for performance marketers, paid advertising specialists, SEO/PPC professionals or candidates primarily experienced in digital advertising.

Freshers will not be considered.
