As a Snowflake Data Conversion and Data Quality Senior Manager you will lead client support work focused on data engineering, including Snowflake conversion, data migration, and data quality activities that help turn raw data into usable insights. As a Senior Manager you will lead large projects, guide teams through complex work, and use sound judgment, clear communication, and strategic thinking to move priorities forward while developing inclusive, productive teams. In this role at PwC, you will apply your data and analytics engineering skills within our Advisory practice to shape data pipelines, data integration, and data transformation solutions that support client needs and business growth.

Responsibilities

- Leading Snowflake data conversion efforts and shaping data modernization approaches for client engagements
- Designing data pipelines, transformation logic, and integration patterns that migrate legacy data into cloud-based environments




- Managing data quality activities across source systems, staging layers, and target platforms to support reliable reporting and analytics
- Developing data models, warehouse structures, and validation routines that improve consistency and usability
- Coordinating technical planning across architecture, engineering, and delivery teams to address complex data issues
- Applying knowledge of Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Airflow to build and refine scalable data solutions
- Guiding teams through ambiguous data migration scenarios, using sound judgment to prioritize tasks and resolve blockers
- Translating client requirements into practical engineering activities and communicating progress, risks, and design choices clearly

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 13+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics
- Demonstrating Snowflake data conversion and quality remediation experience
- Applying data engineering methods across cloud modernization programs
- Crafting client-facing messages that translate complex data issues
- Leading ambiguous projects and coaching diverse teams
- Utilizing data validation, transformation, and warehouse optimization skills
