Site Manager

We are looking for a competent Site Manager to lead on-site operations for our real estate projects. The role involves managing site teams and contractors, overseeing planning, quality, safety, and billing, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage day-to-day site operations, including civil, structural, finishing, and MEP works
- Plan, schedule, and monitor project progress against timelines and budgets
- Manage and coordinate site engineers, supervisors, contractors, subcontractors, and labour teams
- Review architectural and structural drawings and ensure accurate execution on site
- Ensure quality standards through regular inspections, material checks, and testing
- Enforce site safety practices and ensure compliance with statutory regulations
- Review and approve contractor bills, measurements, and quantities
- Manage material requirements, procurement coordination, and site inventory
- Prepare and present progress reports, MIS,



and project updates to senior management
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, consultants, and government authorities
- Identify risks and resolve site issues, delays, and disputes promptly

Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Diploma with relevant experience may be considered)

Skills Required

- Solid knowledge of construction methods, quality control, and IS codes
- Proven site management and team leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
- Good understanding of site safety and statutory compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in real estate, residential, or commercial construction
- Knowledge of MS Project or Primavera
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
- Exposure to billing, budgeting, and cost control
