We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer / Site Supervisor for an ongoing bungalow construction project in Khalapur, Maharashtra

? Location: Khalapur, Maharashtra

? Experience: 3–5 Years

? Project: Residential Bungalow Construction

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day bungalow construction activities at site

Coordinate with contractors, labourers, architects and vendors

Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications and quality standards

Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring and finishing works

Check measurements, material requirements and site quantities

Maintain daily progress and site reports

Coordinate construction schedules and ensure timely completion

Identify and resolve site-level technical issues





Ensure proper quality, safety and workmanship at site

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering preferred

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in bungalow / residential construction**

Good knowledge of civil construction methods and finishing works

Ability to independently manage and supervise a construction site

Positive communication and contractor-management skills

Candidates with Khalapur / Panvel / Karjat / Khopoli location preference will be considered.
