Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based at Radisson Blu and Park in by Radisson in AMRITSAR PUNJAB for Shift Supervisor, Shift Engineer, MST, and Deputy Positions. Team members oversee daily hotel operations within their assigned shift, ensuring guest areas, technical systems, and service standards are maintained consistently.

Responsibilities may include supervising team members, coordinating housekeeping and engineering tasks, monitoring safety and compliance, and responding promptly to guest requests or issues.

Shift

Engineers and MST staff focus on maintaining building systems, performing preventive maintenance, and addressing technical faults to minimize downtime. Deputies and Shift Supervisors support scheduling, shift handovers,



documentation, and communication with other departments to ensure smooth, efficient, and guest-centered operations throughout the day.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong hospitality and customer service skills, with the ability to deliver courteous, professional support to guests and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess operational supervision and team coordination skills, including shift management, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
- Candidates should possess technical and maintenance skills relevant to hotel engineering, building systems, and safety procedures for Shift Engineer and MST roles.
- Candidates should possess communication and problem-solving skills, enabling transparent reporting, effective collaboration, and timely resolution of issues.
- Candidates should possess organizational and documentation skills, including maintaining logs, checklists, and compliance records for daily operations.
- Relevant experience in hotel operations, facilities management, or hospitality supervision is preferred, especially in upscale or international hotel brands.
- A diploma or degree in hospitality, hotel management, engineering, or a related field is beneficial, along with familiarity with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, remain calm under pressure, and uphold Radisson Blu’s service standards consistently across all guest interactions.
