Role Description The Site Incharge for employees’ transportation is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day transportation operations, including route planning, vehicle scheduling, and coordination with drivers to ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of employees.

The Site

Incharge will monitor attendance and trip records, address operational issues, and act as the primary contact for client representatives regarding transport-related queries and concerns. Daily tasks include checking vehicle readiness, ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards, managing shift rosters, and reporting any incidents or delays in a timely manner. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, optimizing resource use,



and supporting continuous process improvements to enhance employee experience.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and coordination skills, including experience managing schedules, routes, and multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain accurate records, basic data entry skills, and familiarity with using spreadsheets or transport management tools.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with employees, drivers, and client representatives in a explicit and professional manner.
- Knowledge of local geography and routes in and around Hyderabad, with an understanding of traffic and safety considerations.
- Problem-solving skills to handle unexpected operational issues, delays, and incident reporting calmly and efficiently.
- Prior experience in transportation management, facility operations, or similar supervisory roles is preferred.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required, including early morning or late evening schedules.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in logistics, operations, or a related field is an advantage.
