The HUB SDO (Sales & Distribution Officer) - Business Banking is responsible for providing operational, sales, and customer servicing support to the Business Banking team. The role focuses on ensuring seamless processing of business banking transactions, coordinating with internal stakeholders, supporting relationship managers, and enhancing customer experience for SME and business banking clients.
Responsibilities
- Support acquisition and servicing of Business Banking customers.
- Coordinate documentation, account opening, and onboarding activities.
- Ensure timely processing of customer requests and service queries.
- Liaise with Operations, Credit, Compliance, and Branch teams for smooth transaction execution.
- Maintain accuracy and completeness of customer records and documentation.
- Track business leads and support cross-sell initiatives for banking products.
- Monitor turnaround times and service quality parameters.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal banking guidelines.
- Assist Relationship Managers in portfolio management and customer retention activities.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
- Experience in Banking, Business Banking, SME Banking, Operations, or Customer Service.
- Good understanding of banking products and processes.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented with good analytical and coordination abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and banking applications.
